Pastor Ben is the Director General of the Budget Office for the Federal Republic of Nigeria and former Lagos State Commissioner for Economic Planning & Budget (2007-2015). With over 23 years in banking, accounting, and consulting, he earned a first-class B.Sc in Accounting from the University of Lagos and an Advanced Management Programme Certificate from Lagos Business School. He has led NAL Bank Plc as Managing Director/CEO and served as Executive Director at Sterling Bank Plc, and is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and the Institute of Credit Administrators (FICA).
Now the CEO of BIA Consulting Ltd, Pastor Ben focuses on public financial management. Passionate about societal transformation, he serves on multiple boards and is the Pastor-in-charge of Lagos Province 39 of the Redeemed Christian Church of God. He is married to Ngozi and enjoys playing squash and swimming.
